With snow clouds clearing, D.C.-area residents venture out

The clouds may be giving D.C.-area residents a break from winter weather on Friday, but the roads and sidewalks sure aren’t. Check out some of the scenes of the early morning ice and the midday slush before another refreeze comes at night.
