ISLAMABAD (AP) 鈥� Pakistan announced that its security forces have carried out an intelligence-based ground operation along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, followed by 鈥渃alibrated strikes鈥� against terrorist hideouts and safe havens in the border region, killing 29 militants. There was no immediate comment from Kabul.
