ATLANTA (AP) 鈥� Atlanta Dream forward Angel Reese left Sunday’s victory over Chicago with a left leg injury.

It seemed like a really long timeout and there wasn鈥檛 a lot being said because we were all just looking at Angel,” Dream coach Karl Smesko said. 鈥淎nd when I was looking at her, it seemed like she was in a lot of pain, and she wanted to go out there and and keep playing because she鈥檚 competitive and she wants to win the game. I just didn鈥檛 feel comfortable with it because she looked like she was in a lot of pain.鈥�
Reese was named a WNBA All-Star in her first season with the Dream, leading the league with 11.8 rebounds and 14 double-doubles. She’s averaging 14.9 points.
