ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ is moving again following a morning crash involving a tractor-trailer and fuel spill on the southbound Interstate 270 Spur to the Capital Beltway’s Outer Loop in Montgomery County, Maryland.
The ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Center first reported the crash in Bethesda at 9:28 a.m. on Sunday.

A firefighter on the scene told ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ there is was an active diesel spill near the Bradley Boulevard overpass.
All lanes of traffic were open by 12:28 p.m.
Salt and sand could be seen spread across the roadway.
A heavy-duty wrecker tow truck joined firefighters and hazmat crews at the scene before 11 a.m. when the southbound I-270 Spur was still closed at Democracy Boulevard following the crash.
The Beltway’s Outer Loop (I-495) remained open between Old Georgetown Road and River Road, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue spokesman Pete Piringer.
ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ caught between the crash scene and Democracy Boulevard, where the road was closed, was being bled off in a single left lane by 11:35 a.m.
Two people suffered minor injuries in the crash, Piringer said.
