WASHINGTON 鈥� A motorcyclist is in critical condition after being rear-ended by a driver on Interstate 270 in Frederick County, Maryland, Wednesday night.
The crash happened on northbound I-270, before Fingerboard Road/Route 80 in Urbana, around 7:20 p.m., Maryland State Police said.
The motorcyclist had been ejected onto the pavement, state police said, and was flown to shock trauma in Baltimore.
The driver of the SUV that rear-ended the motorcycle did not have any injuries.
The identities of those involved were not immediately released.
